Online generic induction programmes
Both The Responsible Employee and The Responsible Manager programmes comprise a series of one-hour engaging and interactive courses, each with a self-test quiz, and with optional online reporting of registrations, completions and test scores.
The standard courses are free-standing and will be excellent for most businesses, particularly SMEs, for whom this may well be the very first induction training programme. Larger employers, perhaps with more precise needs, may see an advantage in customising the courses and each is designed to be easily customised, adapted or expanded to meet such specific needs.
