Option 2 - Perpetual Licence, hosted service

You can enter into a Perpetual Licence for a one-time fee for your chosen programme or individual courses and license our authoring system, Acce-lerator, to customise the content to meet your precise needs.

The resulting materials, and any new courses created using Acce-Lerator, can be uploaded to our learning management system and accessed by your students via a customised 'login page' on the Train for work portal.

What do you need?

a) Perpetual Licence for the original courses

 b) Acce-Lerator Starter pack - £2,995

• 12 month, 1-3 user Acce-Lerator licence
• use of picture library (500+ business graphics) for internal use only

Additional annual Acce-Lerator licences can be added at £795 per user.

A Support Contract is included in the Perpetual Licence fee (excluding Acce-Lerator licence fees).

After year one, the Support Contract is optional at a fee of 20% of the course licence fee.

d) Hosting Contract

This contract provides access for your students to your customised or newly created courses on our learning portal. In addition, a nominated administrator can access reporting tools to track your students' progress and any test scores.

The hosting fee is calculated on the number of students using the programmes at £15 per head - with an initial minimum order of 200 places.

Note: this fee fee includes the set up of your initial programmes on the portal but an additional fee will be charged for any subsequent changes.
