Licence Documents

The services that you select to meet your specific needs are governed by a number of licences and agreements.

Please download and review the relevant documents for the services you require. All documents are in PDF format and require Acrobat Reader.

Each set of documents have to be completed and signed before the service can commence.

Option 1 - Low cost subcscription

Access to our standard courses through the Train for Work learning portal, , is governed by the following two documents:

Option 2 - 'One-time'  licence

The 'One time' licence permits the unlimited use of the course materials within an organisation. It is governed by:

1. Perpetual Licence Agreement - download here (190Kb).

Customising courses

Most clients who purchase the 'One-time licence' will also require access to Acce-lerator in order to customise their courses. This is governed by two documents:

Hosting

Some clients, for example those who do not currently have a means of distibuting their customised courses to staff via their own network, may opt to deliver their training through our Train for Work Learning Portal as a 'hosted service'. This requires two documents:
