"What does it cost?"
The FIT programme offers two basic solutions. The first, subscribing to an online learning portal with easy-to-access, generic, induction programmes for your employees and managers, is both inexpensive and quick to implement. It will be attractive to all SMEs (fewer than 250 employees) and many larger employers.
The second, more comprehensive solution, involves entering into a licence agreement for the programme content, tailoring this by your own training staff, and then making your programme accessible to your employees, either via our online portal or via your own IT network. This solution has several variable options.
The costs attached to both FIT solutions are variable and depend on your total number of employees. You can easily calculate the cost for yourself, by downloading and referring to the FIT Costs presentation and using the FIT Calculator below.
